Perigon provided all engineering and design for this five-story 19,280 sf Toner Binder Resin process expansion for KSA. In addition to preparation of the feasibility package and estimate, Perigon prepared all equipment specifications, P&ID's, Piping, Civil Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Instrumentation design. Structural design of the building incorporated pressure-relieving walls and a three-hour fire rating between facilities.

Existing production was maintained and the project met a 14 month completion target within budget.
